We came to Casibari Villa with a group of 6 – the place was perfect for us! Very airy and very private. The pool and patio area is really lovely – there is a sort of lounge area under the roof in case you want to avoid the sun, as well as a patio table farther out and beach chairs next to the pool. There is also a small grill, which we ended up using a lot. Again, very private – the outdoor area is surrounded by cactuses and rocks. You certainly can’t see anyone nearby, and we barely, if ever, heard our neighbors.
The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all one large room, which makes everything feel spacious. With the windows and doors open on all sides, you get a refreshing breeze throughout the house. The dining table is very large, could hold probably 10 people! The three bedrooms accommodated the six of us well. Each has an A/C unit and closet/drawer space, and there is a water heater for the showers in the two bathrooms. There is also a safe in the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher. The house is located more so in the suburbs, in the Casibari rock formations. Everything is close by on the island and we got around easily by car. Mayel was communicative and available if we needed anything – which we didn’t! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will book here again on our next Aruba visit!
