The modern, centrally located, quiet apartment "Enzian" (approx. 38 sqm) for 2 people with large balcony and feel-good bathroom, is located in the traffic-calmed spa zone 1 of Bad Reichenhall. The fantastic surroundings offer plenty of variety for sports activities and sightseeing. Within walking distance (only 5 minutes): train station, Rupertus spa with swimming pool, spa park, spa facilities, theater and spa guest center Bad Reichenhall. The space
The apartment "Enzian" is equipped with a completely renovated, state-of-the-art bathroom with a "rainwater shower," a fully equipped kitchen with energy-saving appliances: coffee machine (Senseo), ceramic hob, kettle, oven (Neef) and an absolutely silent refrigerator with a Bio-Fresh-Save compartment. For reasons of sustainability, we have dispensed with a microwave and a dishwasher.
The bedroom is allergy-friendly with extremely comfortable memory mattresses and toppers. External blinds and a quiet fan make the summer heat bearable. A hanging chair invites you to rest on the balcony. Modern flat-screen TV (HD) and free Wi-Fi are self-evident. A natural wood wall makes for a cozy and pleasant atmosphere.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, including on the balcony.

A washing machine is available in the basement. Laundry can be dried on the balcony.
