Linda and Joe were great hosts and I found the place comfortable for my ~40 day stay. The kitchen is decent with 2 induction stoves, a small/medium sized refrigerator, and basic cooking supplies/utensils. It's within walking distance of many restaurants, stores, groceries, etc, which was super nice. The street parking is pretty good, I only had trouble finding a spot a few times during my entire stay. Also the internet speed can be pretty hit or miss, but is fine majority of the time. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs a place to stay for a few days or a few weeks.

We had moved out of our home in Walnut Creek for a 12-week remodel of our home. We selected Linda's and Joe's house as it was the right price and the right location for us. This is a good stay for two people for extended stays if you are used to very small spaces and are out of the house most of the time. The home, though a bit small (think stateroom on a ship), suited our needs as we were hardly in the home a full day. This is a great place for extended stays for one person, and it is an excellent stay for two if your stay is for a week or less (and a good stay if staying longer than a week). The kitchen is very small and not meant for doing a lot of cooking. The bathroom is small but modern and clean, and the walk-in closet is a good size. One of the best things about this home is the hosting...Linda and Joe are wonderful hosts and take care of any issues immediately. The next best thing is the location. Two blocks away are restaurants, shop stores, and much more. BART is just a short 12-minute walk. The third best thing is the neighborhood. It is a quiet, charming, family oriented, neighborhood with great architecture and a great place for walking.

Linda was a great host. She was communicative prior to the stay, always offering prompt responses. She gave really helpful advice and suggestions about the city, and was always a pleasure to interact with. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this listing.

The studio was just as it was described---small, comfortable and clean. And Linda and Joe (and their tenants and neighbors, too) were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for my purposes--right in the heart of the Rockridge neighborhood and easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and transit. I spent 3-1/2 weeks with this Airbnb as my "home away from home" and had a very pleasant, comfortable, convenient stay.
