Suitable for a couple or 2 friends travelling together who are happy to share an apartments with other young international long term residents.
The room is set as part of a large five bedrooms flat with a shared living room with an open plan kitchen ( guests are welcome to share this space as well ) although they can prepare and eat ready made meals in their room. There is a TV in the living room and you are welcome to join in with the other flat mates using it.The guests will need to use the shared communal toilets ( 2 of them ) and showers ( 2 of them ) which we endeavour to keep as clean as possible. ( Can't be helped sometimes ) The windows in the room are quite heavy ( not so easy to hold open)
Please bare in mind that this is a flat-share, With other guests using all facilities such as bathrooms and kitchen, These facilities could well be untidy or even messy, It is very hard to control how clean the flat will be. Guests who are looking for a very neat place should look at other listings of private studio to ensure that you are using the flat by yourself rather than sharing the flat with other guests.

Guests can interact with other tenants if they so desire , Most are long term residents and some airbnb as well.

It is in my interest to keep all guests sharing the space happy upon arrival as well as departure, this to include cleaning the used spaces upon use (Kitchen & Bathroom in particular).
For the same reasons; Smoking at the premises is strictly not permitted and Parties & loud music are prohibited.
Please Note that most of the current occupiers of the Flat are aged between 18 and 30.

We endeavour to keep them tidy, however; COMMON AREAS could NOT be guaranteed to be as clean & tidy as we would like them to be at all times...
