The space
Perched atop Brentwood Hills, Westridge Views is the ideal vacation rental for savoring the style and beauty of Los Angeles. Featuring stunning views of the hills, city, and ocean, beautiful outdoor spaces, and exquisite, contemporary décor, this five-bedroom vacation rental will satisfy large families and destination wedding guests seeking privacy and luxury in one of L.A.'s finest locales.

The villa's ample property features an expansive, two-level terrace with spectacular views of the Brentwood Hills, Santa Monica, Century City, and the Pacific Ocean. Treat yourself to a dip in the hot tub and swimming pool before savoring the Southern California sun on elegant loungers. In the afternoon, gather under the lovely parasol for afternoon aperitifs, and enjoy a delicious barbeque meal at the alfresco table. On cool evenings, sip a fine California wine by the fire pit. Ensconced in verdant gardens, the terrace is the perfect oasis for enjoying precious time with family and friends.

From the terrace, a wall-length door opens to the villa's open-plan kitchen and dining area. The airy and luminous Boffi Italian kitchen includes a lovely breakfast bar, and is just steps from both the alfresco table and the interior dining table, which seats eight. In the adjoining room—also with direct access to the terrace—an exquisite lounge invites you to cocktails by the fireplace, with beautiful furnishings and gallery-worthy contemporary artwork gracing the walls. A second lounge, with a 75-inch Sony flat-screen TV, is ideal for relaxing at night with your favorite movies.

On the villa's upper level, the stunning primary suite with sumptuous king bed features panoramic views of the hills and ocean, a private balcony, a lovely work desk, gorgeous paintings, and an ensuite bathroom with rain shower. The four guest rooms all feature queen beds; two have ensuite bathrooms while the other two share a bathroom between them. The main floor guest room opens to the garden.

Along with its elegant seclusion, Westridge Views enjoys excellent proximity to the finest attractions in Los Angeles. The beaches of Santa Monica and Venice, the Getty Center, and Topanga State Park are all within six to eight miles of your door. Hollywood, Malibu Pier, and Universal Studios are also just a short drive away.
