Really excellent value for money, top marks for location and being so close to the subway station at Yonge meant everything was within easy reach. Nikolas and Kristian were great hosts, really friendly and easy to talk to. The room was really comfortable and had a really good couple of nights sleep. Would thoroughly recommend this place as a great base for exploring the city!

I had a great stay here-- Nikolas was very communicative and flexible about check-in and check-out, and you can't beat this location! He gave me an excellent restaurant recommendation and overall I felt very welcome in his home.

Nikolas was a wonderful host. & his home is located in such a great part of the city, minutes away from the subway, a short walk to the streetcar, close to the university of Toronto, the gay district, as well as so many restaurants, yoga studios, & bars. It is certainly lively, though the late nights are quiet. I was so happy to stay here & would come again.

Nice place (R-1). Big and Friendly flat. Nikolas is a Cool and friendly Host. The room is perfect for one. There are currently works in the street so it might wake you up early but it is not an issue when you visit Toronto you get up early !
