The listing is convenient to the light rail and i25 making travel easy. The bedroom was as advertised and came with a private lock and key. Pictures of the rec room were not accurate as there are two beds in the room outside your door. So, the only time in which that room was s…

Response from Phillip:
I can appreciate your review is valid to your experience, but allow me to share all this: you both never once came to me with your concerns or experiences - even when I asked you for feedback in writing on the message site - you simply never replied. So first, I'll be updating the picture of the recreation (Rec) room to reflect the addition of the other single sofa-bed. And second, I find it hard to believe, with 2 FULL kitchens in the house, that was why you didn't cook - that is simply a personal choice you two consciously made. But it is genuinely unfortunate that one of our recent guests, who just left - was both sloppy and dirty - because that impacts the quality of living of ALL our other guests - and for that we deeply apologize. But please know, that in fact that when I finally became aware HE was the person responsible (guests can be hard to catch in the act of leaving a mess and harder to prove) for being such a poor guest, sloppy, messy and worse of all an "entitled" guest - I spoke with Airbnb to CANCEL his booking. But I was told by AIRBNB that if I choose to cancel his booking - it is the HOST who is penalized - as in I LOSE my Super Host status!!! So because it was nearing his departure date, I did not cancel his booking. And Dylan, had you only informed me orally or communicated in writing of your experiences, I certainly would have made certain adjustments to the weekly cleaning schedule. I respect your both a very low-key, quiet people, but one of you could have spoken up at any time. Yet, again, my apology for the guest who was simply out of control! PS In closing, because you both have quite long hair, I never mentioned to you that its very important to clear the drain after each shower - because it hard to "prove" whose long hair is sitting in the drain - so I generally just clean it up rather than speak with my guests about hair length, (which is none of my business) but cleanliness is. Yet, all in all, as a Super Host, I simply have learned to do my best to accept the ALL good - with the occasional challenges that come with having mostly great guests and striving to be - and stay - at Super Host status. Yours truly ~ Phillip

The beat things about my stay was the convenience of being just a 3 minute walk from the rails. It made it supper simple to travel around the city without a vehicle. Would recommend to others to stay with Phillip if you're looking for a place to sleep and easy way to get around.

No gym, no breakfast is provided, not enough lights.

Response from Phillip:
That's correct Jay, we do not offer breakfast for guests staying monthly, only overnight guests which has been discontinued. We have a digital stationary exercise bike, a bicycle, yoga mats and an inversion table, not a gym. There are plenty of lamps for the asking, but you never asked for an additional lamp.
