The space is a sports themed, super clean, private living room, bedroom and bathroom near great Central Oregon attractions such as Smith Rock (12mi), Bend (14mi), and Sisters (18mi)! Deschutes County Expo Center and Redmond/Bend airport are within 4 miles. Guests enjoy a private entrance/exit and contactless check in/out!

Entire bottom floor of a split level home, approximately 550 sq ft. of living space that is completely separate from host space and is not shared with host or any other guests.

Dedicated and private entry/exit with keypad lock.

DISCOUNTS: We offer great discounts with 25% off for weeklong stays and 35% for month long stays as well as 10% for booking a non-refundable rate.
FULL DISCLOSURE: Hosts live in the upstairs portion of the home and some noise can be expected. A bedroom/office is located directly above the bedroom space and conversations from upstairs can be slightly heard. We do our best to keep noise to a minimum, but if you need complete quiet, this may not be the space for you. There is a locked door that separates guest living space from host living area for ultimate privacy and security. A white noise machine is provided in the bedroom to help lessen noises, turn it on at night and it really does help! I use one and love it.
HVAC system in the space is fully controlled by guests to adjust the temperature to whatever is comfortable for you. VERY IMPORTANT: Read the instructions for temp adjusting on the sign above the thermostat.

Neighbourhood highlights
Our neighborhood is quiet and near a lovely park that is a short 1 block walk away from the home. We are a very short drive from many local attractions. Access to Bend is quite easy as the home is located on the Southwest side of Redmond with easy access to Hwy 97. From the home to Bend is about a 15 minute drive.
Smith Rock is a close 12 minute drive, Sisters is about 20 minutes, Deschutes County Fair Ground and Expo Center is less than 5 minutes away. Roberts Field Airport is also less than 5 minutes away. Our location is ideal to explore all that Central Oregon has to offer!

Lives in Redmond, Oregon
I am a high school social studies teacher and my husband, Chris, is a retired corrections sergeant. We have a large home and it's only the two of us, so we decided to begin hosting in 2017!
I would say our hosting style is 'hands off' in the respect that we want to respect our guests privacy and still provide excellent service.
