We are opening up Dos Hermanos room from time to time! Grab it before its gone! Our home is a 2 minute walk to Playa Colorado and 5 minute walk to Pili's Beach Club. You cannot beat the location and price in this large quality family home!

All common areas in the home, will be SHARED with another guest room (up to 2 people). There is a spacious living room, kitchen, front deck patio and back garden area. Pool is shared by all guests.

The space
The room consists of a high quality Queen size bed and bunk bed for 2 people. There's also plenty of shelf space for your personal belongings. The bathroom is right beside the bedroom for your convenience. It sleeps 3 people comfortably but maximum 4.

The house has 3 bedrooms, the front room is a self-sufficient studio with their own private entrance so they will NOT enter the main home. There is also a casita in the front that is fully independent as well. Therefore Dos Hermanos will be shared with one other room (2 guests maximum). It is a very spacious home!

Only the front outdoor area and pool is shared by all guests in the studio and casita.

You won't find this value so close to the waves, perfect for surfers and beach lovers!

During your stay
We live in the home, but will be away for a few weeks. My housekeeper or myself will be here managing the home. We are happy to answer any questions you may have , organize your transport, boat trips, massages, home chef's or any advice you need for other beach breaks or travel in Nicaragua.

Our Family includes 1 Nica rescue dog named Otto who you will see roaming outside of the home.

***The air conditioning is included in the rate, but mostly for night time use or cool off sessions throughout the day.***This keeps our prices economical, we are just a small family-run Airbnb. So please use it as efficiently as possible. If you plan on using the A/C for more than 12 hours a day total, there is an extra fee of $10.00 per day. This especially applies to full-time Online workers***

Our quiet and friendly neighbourhood has a special community feel. Pili's Beach Bar and Restaurant is a short walk away and there's also other cafes/restaurants which are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's also a surf shop, ice-cream, convenience store and various other places to dine or shop.
