Description

The space

Fully furnished huge sq ft.) 5.5 bedroom (3 Bed Room) private house surrounded by a sq ft.) garden on all four sides. This is something you do not find anywhere else in Tel Aviv with all it cramped tiny apartments where people are packed one on another. The house is fully furnished with modern appliances and furniture. There is PLENTY of PARKING for you as well as for friends! (Those who have ever lived in Tel Aviv, will tell you, it is worse than NYC.)

Privacy, Serenity and Security. Plenty of place to relax get way from it all while still being centrally located.

Down the block from the Tel Aviv University and its fantastic sports center that includes three pools, two Jacuzzi's and a Sauna, full fitness, aerobics and free weights training - the best health club in the city (If not the country!).

Prefer Beaches to the pool? 10-15 minute walk to the best non crowded beaches (Car is two min drive to beach, bike it in about 5 min.), Cafe's, Sushi, Restaurants and the Ramat Aviv Mall, just down the block.

Public transport to the city and the rest of the country are steps away even the train has a stop at the university.

TV and Cable are only via blazing fast internet - but we even have Netflix on demand and are one of the only places in Israel that do.

As for me? I am an MBA Graduate who works with Start-up companies to help them sell and export their products overseas. I travel a lot and rent out one room in the house when I am here, both if I am gone for an extended time. Short term and long term easy going fun loving happy people with a positive attitude are always welcome.

The place was clean – very close to the university and has lots of light. Ari was a fantastic host, he helped us with everything we needed, and even made us dinner. Over the weekend he took us with him up north to visit some wineries and go hiking, we got to see parts of Israel we would have never gotten to if it wasn’t for him. Other people have said it before, but he is really an amazing host – highly recommended.

I have stayed at Ari's place a few times in different locations. His places are always very clean, well maintained and comfortable. I had this location to myself while the regular tenant was out of town. Everything was great! Like all the other reviews, highly recommend staying!

I have been many countries and lived many hotels or houses, this time in Israel is the most special one I ever experienced, I think I will remember for this wonderful period time for my whole life. All these things are just because of Ari, with his superb cuisine and crazy driving, and of course his kindly care in everything. The house is big, with big Parlor, big Kitchen, big Garden, big Balcony and also big living room. Everything is good, especially the atmosphere there is very very special, long time you live together with a so kindly person like Ari, and together with a so adorable dog like "Kemic", yourself will be quite and good temper. I am looking forward to back there again.

I arrived at 2am with two giant bags under my arms, and two giant bags under my eyes. After 20 hours of transit Ari was there to greet me with open arms (and a horse of a puppy dog that you'll easily fall in love with). Ari is quiet, sincere, intelligent, generous and A DAREDEVIL driver (bordering on stuntman like evasion techniques). His house is on a bucolic street with easy access to bus lines and other transportation (like green bikes that you can rent for the day per Ari's suggestion). The bathroom: has a hot shower, lots of American Crew shampoo and conditioner, and a separate closet for the toilet with a never-ending supply of toilet paper--I appreciate this as I've been caught 'empty-handed' many times in other travels :( The room: has a super comfortable bed, a lamp and a big glass desk to organize yourself, do work, look at your feet thru...and a couple of closets to hang up your hat and coat. The rest: has a chill living room, accommodating kitchen, pans, oils and eggs for breakfast. Plus wifi and a cappuccino machine. I would have liked to stay for Shabbat with Ari, as I'm sure he hosts good food and friends. In fact, he invited me out a few times and I got to meet some of his friends. Will be returning shortly.
