A stunning Villa with breathtaking sea views in one of Zakynthos' most sought after areas , Akrotiri. Set in a beautiful quiet location amongst the olive groves with panoramic views of Kefalonia & mainland Greece . The property is in an ideal location just 10 minutes drive from the main town and 5 minutes from the lovely sandy beach & resort of Tsilivi. Newly refurbished S'17/18

The space
Set over 3 floors with steps leading to main entrance on 1st floor . Accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen / breakfast area with panoramic window over the pool and towards the sea. Feature arch through to living room with double patio doors opening onto large shaded veranda with views over the Ionian Sea . Cloakroom / Wc. Internal stairs down to basement which comprises a utility area ( Washing machine ,Ironing board, Iron ) & large games / chill out room as well as the Basement studio ( Double bedroom , shower, kitchenette ) which also be accessed via external stairs.
