The space
Independent bedroom with private enclosed shower room and private enclosed toilet. You have a large dining room fully equipped kitchen, shared 50 M² "fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker and coffee machine, kettle, vitroceramic hob ... Everything is there to make you feel at home.
All common areas are accessible to you, swimming pool and outdoor barbecue included !!!
We have many animals in Barréjat that live on site (horses, sheep, goats, pigs and of course some dogs and cats). Thus, we accept your pets with pleasure. We only ask, to cover the additional cleaning costs caused a supplement of 10€ per stay for animals. Thank you for your understanding.

In order to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible, you have the possibility to prepare your meals in the large shared (kitchen-dining room-living room) "you can if you wish cook on the wood stove." or choose the table d'hôte at (25€/person) all inclusive "aperitif, wine, main course, cheese and dessert, coffee, digestive.

Barréjat, with its 5 hectares is located at the start of many walks on foot or by bike or on horseback. Nearby passes the path of Saint-Jacques de Compostelle.
Our historical heritage: Barréjat is at the crossroads of many circuits: you can visit the Bastide of Mirepoix with the Saint Maurice cathedral which has the particularity of having the widest nave in Europe after that of Girona in Spain, the rock church of Vals, the castle of Lagarde also called the little Versailles, Camon, Puivert, Monségur, Roquefixade, Foix etc.. and of course the city of Carcassonne. The forges of Pyrène in Foix "museum of trades and know-how" or the textile museum in Lavelanet, a town of spinning and weavers.
But also prehistoric with a visit to the prehistory park and then the caves "Niaux, Vache, Bédeillac caves, and of course the Mas d'Azil.
The underground river of Bouiche, but also the Ariège, rafting for sportsmen and thrill seekers.
During your stay
Since 2007, we have been renovating this old family farm. Everything is there to welcome you in simplicity and allow you to spend a real vacation. At night, you can look at the stars, we have no light in the neighborhood, take if you feel like it a midnight swim under the celestial vault. The heated swimming pool is a place of relaxation, in salt water at 28 °.
It often happens that we see deer and deer in the fields around us when the sun begins to set and the air becomes a little cooler.
