Located three blocks from the heart of the city, the home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of room for relaxing inside and out. The room is spacious with built in shelves and a table for doing any work you may have brought with you.
Snacks, cereal and some refreshments are provided for guest enjoyment.
The home is full of art and music with a beautiful blend of antique and modern. Whether it's lounging in the living room or walking around the beautiful historic neighborhood you're sure to enjoy your stay.
Mere minutes from downtown Morgantown you can bring back fresh ingredients to cook in the fully stocked kitchen or enjoy a live art or music show and a few drinks at one of the many craft breweries in the city.
There is a land line phone available for guest use. I am able to store luggage if you arrive early or need to leave late. I also have a space to store bicycles if needed.
You're able to access any part of the space including the kitchen, living room, dining room and outside areas. I'm also happy to let you cook or use the washer and dryer.
