• 2 Sofas in the house. 1 sofa has a pull out Queen bed with a new
mattress. located in a room with no door so I don't call it a two bedroom,
but it is like a 1.5 bedroom space.

• Just added brand new cookware set, plates, & silverware. Blender &
everything you need to cook at home! Coffee machine, electric hot
water kettle, toaster, food processor, new cookware!
• 2 televisions w/apple tv & firestick to watch internet based tv like Netflix.
• High speed fiber optics internet.
• Brand new tile floors.

Swimming Pool is shared with the other 4 homes in the home owners association. It is a lovely pool & very well maintained. It is very under utilized & I have almost never seen anyone in our neighborhood even use the pool.

We also provide towels, bed linens, beach towels, a beach cooler, & beach chairs!

Chris owns a kiteboarding business, Kite Provo and paddleboard eco company, SUP Provo He is adventurous and loves to experience new things and is life long learner. Kristen is a horse lover and works with Provo Ponies here on the island offering horseback riding on the beach.
