It saddens me very much, when a guest retaliates because they have damaged and mistreated your property and had really nothing bad to say about the place but that it was disappointing? I pride myself with providing airbnb services for over 8 years now and I still maintain a superhost status. It is why I take productive criticism to my heart and I have corrected any issues guests would have had in the past. This obviously was not such criticism.
Jana checked herself into the room in my Philly house and checked herself out in the middle of the night. She left behind a messy room with obvious evidence she had smoked in the room. When I discovered unremovable stain on the built in book shelving unit caused by a garbage bag left sitting on top of it, that I have claimed partial amount of her security deposit. It was to cover the cost of paint. She has refused to take responsibility for the stain, and instead wrote a bad review.
