Kitchen Use and Breakfast: Breakfast is not provided. Guests have access to the fully equipped kitchen, which may be used exclusively for preparing breakfast or reheating pre-cooked food (via oven or quick heating). To ensure everyone's comfort and to manage odors in the common areas, using the stove for fresh or elaborate cooking (such as pan-searing meat or fish) is not permitted.
Cleaning: The accommodation is delivered fully sanitized; daily cleaning or room tidying services are not provided during your stay.
Transportation: Shuttle service is not provided (the property is nevertheless well-connected by Arezzo's public transport and taxis).
