Rare Find, GULF FRONT Townhouse WITH 4550 SQ ' under roof counting the two huge gulf front balconies. Beach-side with unobstructed GULF views and just minutes to Pier Park and shops at 30-A. It's on the quiet west end of the beach. The lower level (around 1200 sq ft heated/cooled) has kitchen, dining, living, and half bath and 11' by 25 ' covered balcony. Upper level has same sq fr WITH 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry room and same sized covered balcony. Guest count must be accurate. Great value.

Rare Find, stand alone GULF FRONT -Beach side townhome (duplex) The west half (looking vertically at the feature picture) of the duplex is the half you will be reserving. There is a side A and a side B. You will be reserving side B which is very large and spacious. Side B is totally private from side A. You will enjoy 4550 SQ ' under roof counting balconies. This unit is Beach-side with unobstructed gulf views. The bottom level (approximately 1250 sq ft is the main living area with 1/2 bath, huge kitchen dining and seating area and covered balcony that is 29 ft by 11 feet. On level two you will also enjoy around 1250 sq ft WITH three bedroom, two baths, and laundry room. This level also has a covered balcony that is 29 ft by 11 ft which you will access from the master bedroom. Beach-side with unobstructed GULF views and just minutes to Pier Park and shops at 30-A. It's on the quiet west end of the beach. This town house (duplex) is very spacious with open living space on the lowest level. You will enjoy two incredible large balconies. One accessed from lower level and one accessed from the master suite. Walk off the lowest level balcony and you are on the beach. There is parking for up to four vehicles in the yard. With prior written permission from the owner, two vehicles may also park under the dwelling. So with permission, up to 6 vehicles may park. There is an upcharge of $20 per vehicle for each vehicle After two vehicles. NO ELEVATORS AND NO BUSY STREETS TO CROSS. The six beds include one king bed, two queen beds and bunk beds, and two sleeper sofas. There is a love seat that the smaller ones could use for sleeping.No visitors allowed. Count visitors as guests in guest count. If determined that there are more people or more vehicles than reported to us, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund and will be reported to Airbnb.

This neighborhood is very desired because it has a comfortable mix of cottage type beach houses and larger type townhouses. There are no high-rise condominiums nearby. There is a public walkway to beach numbered 48 for homes across the street. But you will access beach and gulf right off the balcony. Does not get any better.
