A Beautiful, Grade II listed, 3 bedroomed 15th Century cottage in the heart of town.
Moments from the beach and river, one the level, the cottage is restored, featuring ships beams, timbers, panelling and its smuggler tunnels.

Sleeps 6 people ... although a large cottage - by Looe standards, I wouldn't recommend 6 adults - the small cabin bedroom is really best for children.
1 bath, 2 showers

The space
You'll be right in the centre of old Looe and if you step out of your front door - you go almost straight into one it's best restaurants!
You can walk, on the level, to many pubs, restaurants and shops with a few moments. The beach and harbour/river are also a very short stroll away.

Whole cottage is yours during your stay.

Other things to note
Smuggler Cottage is probably not any good if you have trouble with stairs.
Please note that the only loo is on the top floor - it's not ideal, but for a weeks holiday, you'll put up with it ... as just part of the character of a very old cottage! Only 1 complaint about the loo in 12 years.

Retired now. My family are from the north coast, but we've always liked Looe. Had the cottage for 16 years. Run as a 'business' and for our enjoyment. (only this cottage, not a big business)
