Additional cleaning can be arranged at further cost by agreement.
That any breach may result in a forfeit of bond.

Highly recommended. This house has everything you can hope for. Greg and Louise are incredible hosts and are always available. Very close to everything. We stayed there for three months and we just have positive things to say about this place.
