This is a custom built, fully equipped luxury home on a private 400 acre ranch adjacent to Cal Poly and the San Luis Obispo City limits. Truly one-of-a-kind setting.

CAVEAT: The home is located at the end of a 1.5 mile dirt and gravel road. Although the road it maintained by the county, it can get bumpy. Guests with low-clearance vehicles will need to drive slowly and carefully to avoid potholes-especially during the winter months.

The house and the ranch is all yours to explore during your visit. THERE IS A SECOND VACATION RENTAL HOUSE ON THE RANCH. WE RENT IT OUT SEPARATELY FROM THE MAIN HOUSE. My family has owned this 400 acre ranch for 40 years. My dad built his dream house on the property when he retired in about 1990 he was able to enjoy his golden years there. After he passed away in 2010, my brothers and I decided to offer the house as a vacation rental. It has been a great fit and we have really enjoyed sharing the ranch with our weekend guests.
