This house is a reflection of the Mid-Century architecture and culture of the 1960s. The house is furnished with pieces from the period and is themed to honor the Rat Pack, (Sinatra and his crew), John F Kennedy's Camelot, and the Jet Age of airline travel (Pan Am). The house was built in 1960 and was completely renovated down to the studs in 2016/17. Modern amenities throughout including a double sink, soaking tub, walk in shower Master bath that is 260 square feet! Period specific appliances including a Percolator Coffee pot, as well as an espresso machine and milk frothier. There are also books about the 1960s, including history on the Rat Pack, JFK, and the rise of Pan Am and Jet Air Travel. Don't forget the period specific Console Stereo Vinyl record player with albums that will take you back to that time when Sinatra and his crew got JFK elected and the world got smaller due to glamorous Jet aircraft and the Pan Am Stewardess. Come see for your self! This unit has it all.

Arriving late, no car, too many kids in the store, want someone else to do the shopping, we now can stock the home with your favorite groceries. We send you a list and you fill out the groceries you would like. We shop for you and stock the home the day before your arrival. (small service fee applies). The house is located in close proximity to Love Field, The DART Station, and Cedar Springs corridor. You may experience some "Sounds of Freedom" (aircraft noise) during your stay.

House is set up for lodging and insured for lodging only. Commercial enterprises such as weddings, photo shoots,and or professional/corporate interviews are possible but only after discussion with owner and agreed upon/signed venue contract with host.

ACTUAL PHONE NUMBER REQUIREMENT: Each reservation requires an actual cell phone number as a form of contact, not the Airbnb assigned phone number. Please ensure this phone number is sent after your confirmation and prior to check in instructions being sent to the guest.

Pet Rules: Dogs up to75lbs permitted. (Weights above this on a case by case basis) $75.00 Non-refundable pet deposit per pet required. ( Used to steam clean unit for pet sensitive guests that follow).
Service Animals (dogs): Permitted. We would still appreciate service animal owners paying the pet deposit because it is a courtesy for the follow on guests who may suffer from pet dander sensitivities.
