Nice apartment in the old country neighborhood one block from El Virrey Park.
It has TWO rooms: one is a bedroom and the other is a studio with a sofa bed. Living room and dining room, kitchen, laundry area, bedroom and bathroom and a parking space.
It is an interior apartment so it is quiet. It has 24-hour concierge service.
A few blocks from the Zona Rosa and shopping area and a few meters from the Transmilenio station.

The space
The apartment is very comfortable. It has a queen bed with sheets and a feather blanket. There are dark curtains for sleeping in the afternoon and a wide closets. There is a new electric HEATER! So please be used responsibly.
It has a social bathroom and one for service. Specially decorated by me.
I provide towels, soaps, toilet paper and everything you need for the convenience of a good home experience.
There is a 24-hour concierge, which gives security and comfort to always have support from doormen.
VERY important: by building policies only previously authorized persons may enter. So if they are going to receive visitors, they will be welcome, but we must request from the administration to enter with first name and identification.
We are pet friendly for a value of 50,000 per reservation.
We have parking for one car. If you are going to use it keep in mind that it is serviced and that you have to leave them keys in the goal to move it if needed.

The kitchen is original from the 80s, has everything you need to use: Oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, dishes, cutlery, glassware!
There is a clothes washing machine and a clothes yard.

Other things to note
The apartment is ideal for 2 people, but in the studio you can stay one more guest in the Sofacama, in that case $20,000 must be canceled for that extra guest per night!
If they come with a pet, which are very welcome, the value of each pet is 10,000 COP per night.
One of the best plans in my area is to enjoy the park el Virrrey: it is a large park, in which you can walk, run, run, it has exercise stations, cafes, restaurants, on weekends you can have picnics, gather with friends, there are musical bands, and cycling on Sundays.
