Beautiful and walkable

This area is scenic and easy to get around.
The apartment location is above A Village Gift Shop in the heart of historic Glendale Square. Overlooking shops and restaurants.
Just 20 minutes north of downtown Cincinnati. Minutes to the Sharonville convention center. Close to Mason, Westchester and other neighboring communities.
The apartment is located off of I-75.
Glendale is a walking and biking Paradise.
Private entrance, two bedrooms, one bath, large family and dining area. Well equipped kitchen and laundry.

The space
Beautifully appointed apartment. Parking available in a private lot. Well lit private entrance. Everything is provided for your stay, comfortable beds, all linens, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher drawer, gas range with warming drawer, washer and dryer. The apartment has two bedrooms with one queen bed in the master, and a twin bed in the guest room. Walkable neighborhood with shops and restaurants steps away.

Guest access
Private parking lot with well lit private apartment entrance. Your host will greet you and give you the key at check-in if before five, after five a key will be left for you in a lockbox.

Other things to note
The apartment is located in the heart of Glendale Square. A charming registered historic district. Visit our train depot museum, take long walk to see all the historic homes dating back to the 1800.
The apartment is walking distance to many great restaurants. We suggest visiting the Bluebird bakery for breakfast or lunch, enjoy a wine tasting at Village Wines, or have a delicious dinner at one of the many walkable restaurants .
Enjoy our patio or the gazebo in Rogan Park steps from the apartment.
Be aware apartment is next to an active railroad. Glendale become a Quiet Zone as of January 2020. Trains pass but are not allowed to blow the horn.
All the charm of the trains with out the noise.

Wife, Mom, interior designer and gift shop owner. I love to travel, but when I am home I enjoy sharing Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky with others. The apartment we rent is above our business and overlooks Glendale Square. Enjoy the Village Square’s restaurants, bakery, historic homes and museum. Trains pass by but do not blow horns through the Village, charming but quiet.
