Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

The cottage is set beside a trout stream in a secluded and tranquil Exmoor valley.

Guests have the use of all the cottage.

Other things to note
Our farm is located 2 miles outside Lynton & Lynmouth. Barbrook is 1 mile & Parracombe 2 miles away where a selection of daily provisions can be purchased from the either the petrol station or Parracombe community stores.
We provide BT fibre optic WiFi.
The cottage does receive a good 4G mobile signal for O2 EE and Vodafone.

Neighbourhood highlights

Our farm is situated within the beautiful Exmoor National Park. Exmoor is both remote but accessible with the advantage of having high moorland, deep river gorges and stunning sea cliffs. It is also the perfect place to see the stars including the “Milky Way” as Exmoor is a designated Dark Sky Reserve.
Walking is a great way to explore and we are very fortunate to have a footpath from our farm up to the moor or down to the South West Coast Path. All footpaths are well way-marked.
There are a number of National Trust properties and gardens in the area too, a little further away at Torrington is RHS Rosemoor.
Riverside Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We look forward to welcoming you to our little bit of haven on Exmoor soon.
