Interaction with guests
We want the guest to feel home, so we will not interact with guests only if required by them. We do know that guests do not like their time to be interrupted by host visits, so If I go into the suite I will never do before contacting the guest and ask for their permission to get in.

Check Out, At this time, guests can provide feedback on The Suite, as well as identify any damages or wear and tear having occurred during their stay. This visit by the host is necessary to review the condition of The Suite prior to the guest leaving at the agreed time, and is non-negotiable. Any damages or unreasonable evidence of wear and tear may be subject to being compensated for by the Security and Damages Deposit. Any alteration to the above process must be agreed to by both parties. If the above process is not followed, the guest understands and agrees that this will impact the return of the Damages/Security Deposit.

As a host, I have the qualities for being a good guest. I am honest, and considerate of others.
If you are considering staying at my condo in Florianopolis, you should be re-assued that I have rented this out to many visitors over the last 10 years. I have recently decided that because of the great system and support provided by Airbnb.com, that I should list it here. Airbnb is an excellent way to manage these kinds of listings. They have 24 hour around the clock customer support. This is very re-assuring to both guests and to me as the host, as they can assist when the need arises.
I have my family and household help to make sure the place is very clean and tidy when you arrive. As your host, you will have my cell phone number where I can be reached at any time of day or night (24/7) for immediate personal assistance. Of course, I am on as well.
A number of my friends from Canada and Europe have had many happy visits to this condo, and love Ingleses Beach and my place here. If you dont speak Portuguese, you may find dealing with me an added advantage as my native language is Portuguese, but I live and work daily speaking English, living mainly in Toronto. I can assure you of a high level of caring support from me in both languages! And if we need to translate in a third language, I am sure we can find a way to communicate, as I do with all of my international business dealings.
