It has been working out very well for me and guests. In your case, I asked you about the condition of the house on the evening of your arrival. Heard nothing back, I could only assume that the cleaner has done her job of keeping a house clean, as she has always done. On 2nd day, I was very startled to receive your request of moving out immediately and demanding a full refund. The refund policy does not allow me to refund guests within 14 days prior to check in. Your refund request has way past the initial guest checkin / inspection time. It was quite disappointing that you first ignored and later declined our cleaner’s request of helping you out during your stay. As a Airbnb host, I rely
