House Rules

Our accommodation caters for quiet family holidays or business travellers. It is located between residential apartments and we appreciate your consideration and respect for our neighbours. For your security the entrance to the property is monitored by cameras and a swipe card is required to gain access.

1. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited.

2. This apartment is completely non-smoking including the balcony. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $250 fine.

3. Check in (from 2pm) and check out (by 10am) times must be strictly adhered to unless prior arrangements have been made.

4. You must notify us of the total number of guests staying (including infants and children of any age) and provide the names and ages of all guests. Please be prepared to verify on arrival. Only those guests on the reservation are permitted in the apartment.

The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. This includes infants and children. One infant aged 12 months or younger can be accommodated free of charge if sharing a bed with the parent/s. All other guests over the number of 2 are subject the the 'Extra Guest Charge'.

5. No pets.

6. Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the guests responsibility. Please inform us immediately of any damage/breakages.

7. Lost keys and/or swipe cards will be charged to the guest. If a parking permit is provided it must be returned to the apartment on check out otherwise the replacement fee will be charged to the guest.

8. Please lock all doors when you go out. For both safety and consideration of the environment, please turn off heaters and air conditioners when you are not in the apartment.

9. The apartment must be treated respectfully and left in a clean and tidy manner at check out. The cleaning fee is to prepare the apartment for your arrival. It should be left in the same condition as you found it.

10. All rubbish must be removed.

11. Any breach of these house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay.

Gavin and Jo are fantastic. So quick to respond to our booking request which was brilliant as we really needed to find a place to stay on very short notice. The apartment was lovely and quite, spotless and a great location right on the edge of the city. Awesome.

Myself, my husband our 15month old son recently stayed in Gavin & Jo's apartment for 2 nights. Everything was fantastic with everything you could possibly need included! Our son loved all the toys and books and slept really well in the comfy portacot. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to people, we did not want to leave! Thank you Gavin & Jo for making traveling with a toddler so easy! Hope to stay again Lindsey & Alex

Do not think twice about this apartment - book it !! Gavin and Jo are fantastic to deal with. This is the 3rd year I've stayed in this apartment - roomy;beds fantastic; pillows are therapeutic - very comfortable; close to restaurants; WIFI ; nibble treat things left out plus the usual tea/ coffee etc etc;quiet location very relaxing. Like I said "book it" don't shop around - like seriously!

We liked everything about the apartment. Our hosts went out of their way to help us with the booking, and supplied the simple essentials like milk etc which was perfect when you first arrive in a strange place. The accommodation was clean, roomy and above our expectations. This was our first experience of using airbnb and we will certainly use it again going on this experience.

Awesome place for a young family with little kids, they loved the toys Jo & Gavin provided & loved the big bath. Everything you need is provided. Close to everything. Would highly recommend it. Jo & Gavin were great with keeping us updated & informed & nothing was to much trouble.
