It has a small garden on the front overlooking the stunning country side. And also a very large beautifull terrace at the back side, litterally in the marina.

The house has 3 floors. The top floors has 2 bedroom of 2 and a toilet. The ground floor has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. And of course also the stunning terrace litteraly in the marina. The basement has a very large bedroom with bathroom and toilet.

Guest access
You can use the whole house, except for the private room in the basement.

Other things to note
There is fast optic fiber internet in the house. Routers in the basement and ground floor. Two TV's but no channels available. Best is to bring your own chromecast or streaming device.
The hanging chairs are HANGING chairs, NOT SWINGING chairs. Sit in them, but don't swing ! They will flip over.
