Hello Chevy, first we would like to thank you for your stay and for your feedback. We value your comments and take the opportunity to improve our guests experience very seriously. Just to clarify, the woman who you spoke with is my mother who is at our home during the day. She saw you outside and came to assist you with the lockbox. Her inquiry about your guest was to ensure there were enough towels and toiletries. Unfortunately, we are typically booked back to back and cannot always accommodate early checkin. I do work fulltime and I am not always aware of last minute messages.
Secondly, the main router for the internet is connected at the apartment and on very rare occasions it does need a reset at which we ask permission to do so. I said hello upon entry but I do apologize if I didn’t speak more. We try our best not to interrupt our guest during their stay and walk in and out when needed to respect privacy.
We are sorry to hear our home and experience didn’t meet your expectations and we would be more then happy to make up for it in a future visit, if you choose to return.
