Red Ginger Villa is a beautiful home which is situated on 1.2 acres of land. From the villa's veranda and bedrooms there are stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and St. Kitts from an elevated site. The property is beautifully landscaped and completely fenced in. The villa is located 550 meters from the Caribbean Sea and it is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. Red Ginger is located on the popular Northwest side of the island, in very close proximity to the most beautiful beaches. A veranda for dining or relaxing, overlooks the Caribbean Sea and St. Kitts, as well as the in-ground pool and expansive lawn and landscaping. The home has been updated with new furnishings and appliances. West Indian teak louvered windows and doors allow for refreshing breezes throughout the house.
Two spacious bedrooms are situated on each side of the main living area,.with an open kitchen equipped with new appliances. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has its own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king four poster bed. The guest bedroom has an Indonesian wicker queen bed. Beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea and Saint Kitts can be seen from large windows in both bedrooms. There is a half bath located just off of the living area. The quiet neighborhood is just minutes from restaurants, beautiful beaches, the sea, and watersports center at Oualie Beach. The house also is also situated so that there is a beautiful view of the Mount Nevis from the kitchen and front of the house.
Red Ginger Villa has WIFI, cable TV, and a Bluetooth stereo system. There are seating areas inside the home for enjoying meals, as well as a large teak dining table on the veranda. Lounge chairs are located on the veranda, as well as on the stone surrounding the in ground saltwater pool. Additionally there is a patio set located alongside the pool, where meals or beverages can be served. A gas grill is available for grilling food outside.
Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. All towels and linens are provided, as well as a hairdryer. Housekeeper, gardening, and pool care is provided on a weekly basis. The property owners can set up airport transfers, water taxi transportation, and car rentals. The property manager or concierge will meet you upon arrival and take you to Red Ginger Villa, where they can acquaint you with the villa.

Guest access
Red Ginger Villa is located on 1.2 acres that overlooks the Caribbean Sea and St. Kitts. The property is totally fenced, with gate access for guests that stay at the villa. Keys are provided to guests upon arrival by the property manager. Keys are to be either left in the home or given to the property manager upon leaving. Guests are allowed access to all parts of the property, with the exception of an owner’s closet located in the master bedroom.
