A very affordable private room that is close to the city ! There are 2 Bus stops nearby. My apartment is ideal for those of you who just visit Darmstadt for travel, for sightseeing or other business.

For guest staying longer than five days, you may use washing machine once a week for extra € 4,- per use.

Neighbourhood highlights
There are so many hidden jewels in my neighbourhood that only locals know. 10 minutes walking, you can find an public indoor and outdoor swimming pool Jugendstill Bad - Art Nouveau bath - 1 km, which has great spa, thermal bath, or sauna. Built in 1909. The interior is decorated with stylized motifs from the world of water.
In the middle of the city there is a lake before the Darmbach (Darm Stream), a natural bathing lake called Grosser Woog - 1,2 km, with two bathing areas and a diving board.
If you feel like exploring nature, there are parks :
-The publicly accessible Vortex Garden on Prinz Christian Weg 13 - 0,9 km, is meant to be a lively place of recreation. (Vortex means a whirl movement). Visitors embark on voyage of discovery and are confronted by art objects.
-Rosenhöhe - 2 km, 7 minutes walking
-a small forest is called Oberwaldhaus - Steinbrücker Teich - 2,6 km, and it's around 15 minutes by car/bike/bus :
