Nestled just off the interstate, this conveniently located home sits right between the CVG airport and downtown Cincinnati, less than 10 minutes to both. Only around 15 minutes to the Answers in Genesis Creation Museum and 25 the AiG Ark. This is a beautiful 100 year old house with a modern touch. The Mesh Wifi surrounds the home in powerful highspeed connectivity, allowing you to work or leisure in any room or out on the spacious covered deck. This home is excellent for work, vacation, or both.

The space
A house built in 1920, at the onset of the greatest decade of the roaring 20's, it is full of character with original beauty. This home sits in one of the most upper-class suburban areas in the Greater Cincinnati area in an old town with history. It is a short walk to the original end of the line of the trolley car line that once took patrons into the bustling downtown Cincinnati. Surrounded by million dollar homes, this little Cape Cod style home is a romantic discovery.

Please be aware, Bedroom 1 with the King Size Bed on the first level is required access to the stairs to go upstairs, so privacy in this Bedroom is limited.

Guest access
The driveway circles around behind the home where is expands, allowing up to 3 cars to park side-by-side. Or the single drive can fit another 3 cars single file. Finally, street parking is available. Be sure to park on the home side of the street past the "no parking to corner" sign.

Many quant restaurants are within walking distance, many more only a few mile drive. There is a Kroger grocery store less than a quarter mile away.

Other things to note
We are happy to accommodate a pet. But the yard is not enclosed, and please only small pets. the old hardwood floors have a tendency to scratch very easily under large animals.
