Quiet residential area with nearby convenience stores (Mace around the corner), wine shop, cafes, Tesco supermarket, cinema and fast food outlets (great chip shop at end of street !). Costa coffee outlet a 5 min walk along York Road on the way into the city. Bus stops at both ends of the street on York Rd & North Queen Street with service every 10 mins to city centre. 15 min walk or 5 min car/taxi to the buzz of the cathedral quarter, pubs and restaurants (1 mile).

Gym facilities - 0.7 miles at GymCo in Cityside Shopping Centre (using discounted daily pass – unique code provided in house manual).

15 minute walk to University of Ulster, Belfast Campus.
