Hi, how are you? I'm Flavia and I want to introduce you to our beautiful apartment with 134m², total infrastructure and all furnished. Close to Asturias beach (30 meters), bakeries, fruit shop, pharmacy, good restaurants and supermarkets.
Condominium has excellent leisure space as you can see in the photos and safety. You will still have 2 spaces in the garage demarcated. Ideal for families and couples.

The space
Our apartment has screen coverings in all rooms, glass curtain on the balcony, TV in four points, TV in four points, washing machine, stove 4 burners with oven, microwave, blender, kitchen utensils and water filter.
The bedrooms have drawers, cabinets, beds and ceiling fan and air-conditioning.
