Dora’s House is a two-storey traditional home, in Agios Germanos. It was built in 1930 with stone and brick. It has been recently refurbished retaining its traditional character. Located in the public square of the village at an altitude of 1050m. An ideal destination for vacations during the summer and winter in the Prespes Municipality. 8km from the Prespes lakes and lies 50 km from Florina, and Kastoria. The hosts are looking forward to meet you and share with you unforgettable moments.
A sunny,comfy 110 m apartment is fully refurbished in 2014 maintaining the traditional qualities of the area.All floors and ceilings are of excellent woodwork corresponding to the fashionable regional traditional architecture.The breathtaking view from the balkony faces the beautiful scenery of the region alongside the Great Presra Lake.
Renters reside on the upper floor which is reserved exclusively for them having their own private balkony.The Landlord family consedes the kitchen area and amenities in the bathroom,such as washing machine,to the tenants plus resting areas in the leafy garden.
Interaction with guests
Host,who live in the down floor apartment,accept visitors and are at their disposal throughout they stay there.
Other things to note
The landlords,Leftheris and Dora,are very obliging,cooperative and available to any queries the lodgers might have during their stay.Teir sole purpose is to make their renters fee "at home".Their greatest rewart is for any tenants to leave completely satisfied and to feel part of their family's closest friends.
