Sorry Jim, Can only respond here on your private review rating via Airbnb with regards to giving me a 3 stars for check in.
I find it a little, disappointing and unfair, that you hold me accountable for what is out of my control for your personal baggage storage when arriving at 6.30 am, My check in clearly says 3 pm. Please understand, I have guests that checks out that day, and after 10 am and I also need to ensure their privacy to and to have your bags in my apartment before check in time and while cleaners arrive at 11 am for cleaning it is also for every ones security and belongings that needs to be respected . Rating my Check in " at 3 stars, to me unreasonable, just because you cannot find a place to store your bags before check in :). Just to refresh what I even tried to do a few days before your checked in, I emailed you this response .1) I had asked the hotel reception if they would do you a favor, and as you are not a registered hotel guest with them so, they to prefer not to be accountable for your bags, and also for security reasons. 2) I also went further to help (Hidden by Airbnb) and gave you a website and number for airport storage and you even thanked me for trying. 3) I had to ask my cleaner to hurry cleaning in order to give you an earlier check in for 1.30 pm instead of 3 pm. If that is still not enough help and deserves a "3 stars" then, that for me is a difficult guest to please even when trying.
However, I do thank you anyway for your feedback, and I will make a note that all my future guests need to take responsibility for their own bags, as I myself do not live in the building or nearby to help, with storage prior to check in and that I sincerely, do not know just as you unfortunately, anywhere in the City, apart from the airport storage facility that wants to store bags.
