Welcome to The Hawthorne Historic Inn, make sure to check out our blog and webpage. Free utilities, Free weekly linen and towel change. private entrance and private bath. Paid laundry on site. On site manager. Fully sound proofed by the Port authority - under the flight path. Pets allowed. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on site. No parties, etc. First floor unit. Soaring ceilings. Great views.

The space
Spotless. Great Views, Gardens, beautiful patio is just down the hall....New linens provided weekly. Microwave, refrigerator, high speed WIFI, coffee maker....all provided in the unit....private spotless shower and bath.

Guest access
There is a large patio with barbecue as well as numerous decks overlooking the city and the harbor. Additionally there is a large room downstairs adjacent to the shared kitchen in which you can relax with a larger group if you wish.

Other things to note
On site manager. Total privacy, historic photos in the lobby....antiques in the study....check out our newest acquisition an 8 foot tall grandfather clock....

I live in San Diego, and have worked near the Hawthorne Historic Inn for over 20 years. I know the area quite well and have many ideas about activities for you. I enjoy Balboa Park, special locales like the Spruce Street pedestrian bridge. The hotel has been a lot more work than expected but quite a lot of fun too.
