West Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom

The house is set in a very quiet residential area. It’s the perfect place to get away from it all and have a quiet weekend.

30 Minutes from Shibden Hall in Halifax, 15 minutes from Holmfirth and Meltham, 20 minutes from Marsden and the north Peaks. Surrounded by stunning walking country Hebden Bridge, Bronte Country, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and The Hepworth Gallery are all within easy reach. Leeds, Wakefield and Manchester are all 20-30 minutes by train.

The surrounding area is wonderful for cycling, walking and running but there are plenty of attractions for adults and children. Yorkshire Sculpture Park is a great venue with walks, activities and displays, Holmfirth is a lovely town for a wander through Last of the Summer Wine, Marsden Moor and Standedge Tunnel are amazing. For kids (old and young) there is Digger World, The Coal Mining Museum, Kirklees Light railway, plenty of activity and adventure/countryside centres as well as parks and museums to visit.
