4. We provide extra bed at an additional cost of GBP 20 per night.

5. We provide travel cot/high chair at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week.

6. We do not allow parties/loud music in our apartments.

7. The earliest available check-in and the latest check-out times are:

An out of hours check in fee will be applied as below:
Early weekday check in- £20 per hour
Late weekday check in- £50 for check in between (phone number hidden) hrs, post 2300 hrs £100

8. In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, we would ask you to provide us with the following information:
a. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection at the time of booking.
b. Guest has to call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should we not have heard from you, or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive, we will leave the apartment and await your call. This will incur a £30 charge during our Front Desk hours and may then delay us being able to get back to the apartment to give you the keys. If after the Front Desk hours you may not be able to gain access to your apartment.

Excellent accommodation in good shape and well located. One reviewer complained about linens -- I thought they were fine, particularly the bedding which I found comfortable. The only slight drawback is that you're dealing with a rental company rather than an individual. The result is slightly less flexiblility that one might expect from an airbnb and imperfect communication. All this said, I will return -- still a good value and a solid property.

We stayed in this apartment for a month and overall it was a fairly average experience with multiple issues. Firstly, the apartment we stayed in was not the same as the one in the picture - the furniture was much more tired, not as nice and there was no balcony. There was also an issue with the shower where the water hit the ceiling and as a result removed a significant amount of paint from the ceiling. It took over a week for this to be fully resolved. The most frustrating thing about our stay was the host accusing us of staying an extra night because the cleaners apparently found cards and cash in the apartment. We actually checked out a day early from the apartment (which the concierge can confirm) and followed the procedure on the website which was to leave the keys in the letterbox. Without even asking me if we stayed an extra night the reservations department sent me an invoice for the extra night. I thought this was really poor form especially when we'd spent a lot of money to stay with them for a month.
