A self-contained and characterful Garden Apartment with a private sunken patio and stunning views across the valley. Enjoy the gardens and access to a heated, glazed Summerhouse with viewing deck. Spacious and cosy with original features, Lister is the perfect place to relax and take in the spectacular surroundings. Saltaire World Heritage site is a short drive, Baildon Moor trig point just a ten minute walk and Baildon village, with its traditional pubs, bars, restaurants and shops, close by.

The space

Lister is our newly completed holiday home. Sympathetically converted from the old basement and cellar into a beautiful self-contained garden apartment style building with all modern amenities. Approached via its own enclosed patio area with seating and lighting . The lounge has French doors to a south-facing patio, perfect to enjoy an evening drink as the sun goes down. A 42" TV is provided with DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with dish-washer. Beautiful bedroom with a super king-size bed, feature window looking out across the garden and the valley beyond. Relaxing seating area with writing desk. Shower room with power shower. Under-floor heating throughout and separate towel radiator. Free WiFi. Welcome essentials provided in the kitchen and bathroom for your arrival. Hopefully, we've thought of everything!

Gillian and I are usually available (but always mindful of your privacy) and are happy to help with any of your questions regarding Lister or with plenty of ideas of where to go and what to do.

Lister is located at the end of a private road and has its own treatment works. Please ONLY put toilet tissue down the loo, for anything else please use the bags and bin provided. Thank you

Potential for noise - The location is very quiet but the apartment runs the full length below the main house, Dove Hall. A small amount of noise may be heard from above.
Pet(s) live on property - We have two friendly dogs, Sascha, a 10 year old Labrador and Bronte, a young boxer. Bronte can often be seen bouncing around the garden.
Some spaces are shared - Main garden and driveway. Plenty of parking areas. The summerhouse and numerous seating areas

This amazing property is a true gem. It has been designed, very thoughtfully planned and fitted out to a high standard, making the absolute most of its atrubutes. The hosts responded very promptly and were very courteous. Most definitely worth a visit - if only for the amazing views.

My partner and I loved every minute of staying at Lister! Friendly hosts, a cosy, stylish space to stay and lots to do around the area made for a very enjoyable long weekend away. Would thoroughly recommend!
