The space
Your room is located in a newly renovated and tastefully decorated cozy lower level (basement) with fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom, clean linens, desk and comfortable chair, WiFi, 43 inch SmartTV with Roku. Shared use of laundry machines and detergent is included!

Guest access
Parking is available in front of the house on weekends (Friday after 6 PM until Monday at 7 AM) and on weekdays with the exception of the hours of 7-9 AM and 4-6 PM (rush hour). Be sure to take note of the signage or risk your vehicle being towed.

Permit parking is available on the side streets for purchase from the City of Toronto - a printer is available to use and connect wirelessly to in the living room for your convenience.

During your stay
I am happy to have as little or as much interaction as you choose. I may not be present during your stay but am always available and very responsive via text or email. The home has a smart lock for easy check in should I be away during your arrival.

Other things to note
Bathroom is small but private and clean. Bath amenities and clean towels are included.

As this is an older house and your room is located in the basement, ceilings are lower and may not be comfortable for guests over 6ft tall. You may also hear footsteps of guests staying upstairs in the home.

The basement does tend to get cooler than the rest of the house. For this reason there are many blankets and a small space heater for your comfort. Please ensure heater is not left unattended for safety reasons.
