Hi Matthew . Thank you for your review, I am sorry that you felt your check in and Communication were only worth 3 stars. First off I'd like to address the check in, I don't understand where you found there was any difficulty as you text me that you were arriving at 9.50pm and just as you got off the bus, I walked outside and met you and we got the elevator back up to the penthouse together, I offered you refreshments, I also asked would you like to watch a movie, you declined and said you wanted to " have an early night". Secondly the only delay in the Communication was on your end. I text you that morning to find out what time you be arriving and it was late afternoon/ early evening before you informed me.
I am sorry you felt there was issues as I didn't think there was and I do my best to make sure everyone leaves feeling they had a good air bnb experience at my home. Wishing you the best.
