Newly renovated apartment (autumn 2024) in a perfect location in Haute-Nendaz, 4 Vallées, ideal for a week without a car!

With 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, the apartment easily sleeps 6 people.

The space
There are 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds.

The bathroom has a bath and WC. For your convenience, there is also a separate WC in the entrance hall.

The spacious living room, with cable TV and a fireplace in the lounge, opens onto a lovely south-facing balcony with views of the mountains on the Tracouet side.
Access to the fully equipped kitchen is facilitated by a pass-through at table height.

Facilities:
Kitchen: kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, 1 cheese fondue set, 1 raclette and crêpes party set (1*6 pers., with the little pans), 1 Chinese fondue set, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob.

Practicalities: lift, storage space for ski equipment in garage and building hall, washing machine and tumble dryer available in communal laundry room (coin-operated).

The free funicular, 200m away, drops you off in less than a minute opposite the Tracouet Télécabine cash desk.

The apartment is ideally located in the centre of Nendaz. The supermarket, the ski shop, the ski lift, bars, restaurants,... everything is within walking distance. Carless holiday in certainly possible if you stay at Ecluses 15.

Nendaz is part of the 4 Valleys ski resort, it is a great place to stay all year around.
Autumn and spring are quieter of course.
