Room in a home

Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
Goulder Road is very close to Etihad Stadium, ideal for matches / concerts etc. Easy public transport routes to city centre, airport & Old Trafford. Local restaurants and takeaways are 2/3 minute walk away. Delivery within half hour but we please request no meals in the bedroom, guests very welcome to eat at the dining table in your own time.
*Please understand this is my mothers home, she lives there, we expect all guests to be clean and tidy, this is welcoming home, not a hotel*.

The space
We are offering our spare rooms. One is a large double room with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets, and the single room is quite small but cosy. It also has a wardrobe fo your belongings.
Both rooms are comfortable with door locks and you will be made to feel very comfortable during your stay.

Guest access
All our guests are made to feel very welcome. The bedroom(s) are just next to the house bathroom which has a bath and shower. In an emergency we have supplies of shower gel and tooth paste but please bring your own.

Other things to note
Our house is located in perfect location for people looking to explore Manchester or attend concerts/ football match’s. We are just outside the city but there’s plenty going on in the local area.
