Barn conversion with self-contained, self-catering one bedroom duplex apartment located in Ayside, South Lakes. A popular rural location in the Lake District National Park, near Cartmel and Grange-Over-Sands with access to stunning landscape and walks. Large double bedroom with modern en-suite and an adjacent room with a baby's cot. The open-plan kitchen/lounge has a wood burning stove and furnishings that give character to the property including original exposed beams. No smoking and no pets.

The space
Modern barn conversion with original beams from the 1600s. Located in a UNESCO World Heritage site. Bright and spacious with fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, TV and woodburning stove. Easy access to South Lakes (Windermere, Ambleside, Grasmere, Hawkshead, Coniston) and Kendal. Please note there is no outdoor seating area.
