This little house I call "Passárgada" (a tribute to the poem by Manoel Bandeira) is a private space for up to two people, minimalist but complete, atypical and charming, hidden in the commercial center of São Caetano, ideal for those who study and work in the region but also seeks introspection in everyday life.

The entrance to the house is discreet through the side corridor, since it is a back house. The backyard is very cozy. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry area are ground floor, and a spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine / bedroom, where there is a balcony that goes around the house, giving a wide view of the backyard.

There is a paid, covered 24-hour parking lot right next door, as well as many others in the area. There may be an uncovered and open space in front of the property, which must be negotiated separately.
At each check-in, I provide 2 pairs of face and bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 double sheets, 2 double blankets, 1 single comforter, dish towels, a simple hammock, fan, pillows, basic Wi-Fi, basic kitchen items (oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, sugar, toothpicks, matches), paper towels, drainer and squeegee, detergent, loofah, bathroom items (soapbar, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, toilet paper), hair dryer, household cleaning items (alcohol, bleach, disinfectant, trash and recycling bags, cleaning rags, coconut soap, squeegee, broom and dustpan, broom for the yard), bucket, plastic stool, simple hose, clothesline, clothes pegs. There is a water purifier on the kitchen faucet. Basic consumer items come in small quantities, so that the guest has some on arrival and time to organize their purchases for the stay (there are markets nearby).
Please check if all the non-refillable items listed above are in the house on the day of arrival, because at the end of the reservation, if any of them are missing, you will be charged. Any damages/losses will be charged at the value of the product or repair service. Normal consumption of water, electricity and internet access are included in the daily rate. The location is really strategic, one of the best that anyone who needs to stay in the center of SCS will find on Airbnb. It is precisely between the main avenue of the city (with restaurants, squares, banks, pharmacies, markets, transport, services) and the road-rail terminal (Vipe, Emtu, CPTM), so that the guest can move around quite easily, whether by public or private transportation.
