Located in a quiet and safe Columbus neighborhood next to Upper Arlington, minutes away from The Ohio State University, and easy freeway access. This spacious three bedroom ranch features a fully stocked kitchen, a sun room/ work space that looks out to a serene backyard. Convenient driveway parking with easy access into the home. The house is professionally cleaned and has everything you need for a pleasant stress free stay

The space
This quiet and safe home has a perfect backyard for children and pets (not fenced but we sit on a very quiet cul-de-sac). Our back yard backs up to the tree line of The Ohio State University’s School of Agriculture property. The Kingsdale shopping center which is a mile walk from our home is accessible through a short short path just three houses away.
