- A seventh bedroom is located in the basement (windowless) with 2 single beds, and it has its own renovated ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower for 2 people.
✔️Our small "dormitory" chalet🏡 for emergency sleeping accommodations (20 m² with an 18 m² upper floor) adjoining the main cottage has 12 beds. 2 bunk beds of 90 and 4 double beds of 140. It is accessible from the outside by going out and walking about 5 m. There are no sanitary facilities or water inside, so these are accessible from the outside by taking a 5 m pebble path to reach the basement of the main cottage. (See bed layout in "Room details" on the site)
- The cottage has a basement, a ground floor and a first floor. 1 bathroom and 1 toilet per level.

👉 Notify us the day before your arrival before 7:00 p.m. to arrange an arrival time the next day between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. For weekend rentals, the check-in day is Friday evening.
- Then, on the day of the rental, notify us 45 minutes before the very first arrivals.
- If you know that you will not be able to respect the time range from 4 PM to 6 PM (work obligations, etc.), please let us know before confirming the rental.
We can exceptionally receive you later, provided we are notified before the rental is confirmed.😉 In addition, arrivals must be before 8 p.m.

The cottage has 6 bedrooms equipped with 7 new double beds, 160 cm wide, with memory foam mattresses. (Mattresses and beds changed in 2022)
8 single beds, 90 cm wide.
- A seventh bedroom is located in the basement (windowless) with 2 single beds, and it has its own renovated ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower for 2 people.
✔️Our small "dormitory" chalet🏡 for emergency sleeping accommodations (20 m² with an 18 m² upper floor) adjoining the main cottage has 12 beds. 2 bunk beds of 90 and 4 double beds of 140. It is accessible from the outside by going out and walking about 5 m. There are no sanitary facilities or water inside, so these are accessible from the outside by taking a 5 m pebble path to reach the basement of the main cottage. (See bed layout in "Room details" on the site)
- The cottage has a basement, a ground floor and a first floor. 1 bathroom and 1 toilet per level.

That is why we take the liberty of reminding you with the most humble courtesy of some important points which unfortunately sometimes seem to be forgotten:
- Late outdoor meals should be done quietly (the sound resonates loudly from the terrace)
- During the day, music must remain very discreet and very punctual. No bass that resonates.
- "Musical" evenings must be held in the room provided for this purpose in the basement of the cottage with doors and windows closed. Smokers or others must respect total calm after 10 p.m.
- Relative calm without shouting or screaming is required at all hours of the day.
- Pétanque games should not be noisy, especially in the evening. Use of an auxiliary lamp is prohibited.
- Be sure to observe TOTAL SILENCE during your night swims.
- On weekdays, please respect the quietness after 8 p.m. (Outdoor conversations should be done without shouting and speaking in a low voice)
- On weekends, total calm is requested after 10pm.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE GITE
We carefully clean the cottage for your arrival and do not charge for cleaning in the rental price; know how to play the game by returning the cottage in an optimal state of cleanliness.
- The vacuum cleaner and the mop must be SYSTEMATICALLY used in the living rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen)
- The floor of the festive room in the basement must be cleaned with care and be DRY for the departure inventory and should no longer be "sticky"
- We ask for OPTIMAL cleaning of:
worktop, fridge, toilet, microwave etc... (check under the bowl), sinks (toothpaste residue), bathroom mirrors and windows if dirty.
- Emptying of garbage cans (Be careful, there are some in all the bathrooms and shower rooms)
- Emptying ashtrays, coffee maker filter, fridge.
- Check the butts on the ground, put everything back in place, the interior/exterior furniture as it was when you arrived.
- Sort waste (YELLOW BAGS in appropriate bins)

AROUND THE GITE:
View of the pastures on almost all sides. Only a small alley (East side, on the right of the panoramic view) used only by villagers so no traffic.
The cottage is therefore not isolated in the middle of the pastures; on the east side, a house is nearby on the other side of the alley. (right on the panoramic view)
WINTER PRECAUTIONS
- Warning, in winter, even if the roads are generally well cleared of snow, the asphalt is not always visible and in case of heavy snowfall, 10 cm can quickly cover the roads before the snowplow passes. So plan to have snow tires or chains/socks in your trunk. The cottage parking lot is cleared of snow but there is always a small layer on the ground.
A NATIONAL ORDER requires driving with 4 snow tires or chains/socks in the trunk from November 1 to March 31.

The cottage is rented every weekend of the year in the low season and every day in the high season.
The village you are staying in is peaceful, you will appreciate this throughout your
stay.
Know how to preserve the tranquility of the villagers.
We understand your joy of being with family or friends and spending a
moment of relaxation, fun and conviviality;
however, as you can see, the cottage is close to homes with villagers who must not participate in spite of themselves in your extended evenings, your songs, your screams or your music.
That is why we take the liberty of reminding you with the most humble courtesy of some important points which unfortunately sometimes seem to be forgotten:
- Late outdoor meals should be done quietly (the sound resonates loudly from the terrace)
- During the day, music must remain very discreet and very punctual. No bass that resonates.
- "Musical" evenings must be held in the room provided for this purpose in the basement of the cottage with doors and windows closed. Smokers or others must respect total calm after 10 p.m.
- Relative calm without shouting or screaming is required at all hours of the day.
- Pétanque games should not be noisy, especially in the evening. Use of an auxiliary lamp is prohibited.
- Be sure to observe TOTAL SILENCE during your night swims.
- On weekdays, please respect the quietness after 8 p.m. (Outdoor conversations should be done without shouting and speaking in a low voice)
- On weekends, total calm is requested after 10pm.
- You are requested to respect total silence when you go out to smoke (especially on the south side of the cottage on the village side)
We have a "festive" room in the basement that allows you to party without disturbing the neighborhood.

IN THE EVENT OF NON-COMPLIANCE OR A NOISE COMPLAINT, a complaint will be filed via the AIRBNB website with the inability for you to leave a review in the event of a dispute or bad faith.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE GITE
We carefully clean the cottage for your arrival and do not charge for cleaning in the rental price; know how to play the game by returning the cottage in an optimal state of cleanliness.
- The vacuum cleaner and the mop must be SYSTEMATICALLY used in the living rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen)
- The floor of the festive room in the basement must be cleaned with care and be DRY for the departure inventory and should no longer be "sticky"
- We ask for OPTIMAL cleaning of:
worktop, fridge, toilet, microwave etc... (check under the bowl), sinks (toothpaste residue), bathroom mirrors and windows if dirty.
- Emptying of garbage cans (Be careful, there are some in all the bathrooms and shower rooms)
- Emptying ashtrays, coffee maker filter, fridge.
- Check the butts on the ground, put everything back in place, the interior/exterior furniture as it was when you arrived.
- Sort waste (YELLOW BAGS in appropriate bins)
