Beautiful guesthouse in a gated community with 24-hour security. All the comforts of home with wifi, cable tv, and a beautiful garden with a large solar-heated pool and palapa. The location is excellent: within walking distance to restaurants, banks, language schools, a supermarket, and close to the downtown area.

The space
The guesthouse is in a very safe and gated community with 24-hour security. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchenette. There's also wifi, cable TV, and a computer. Parking is available on the property. Washer/dryer use available for stays over 5 days.

Guest access
Guesthouse, swimming pool, palapa, garden, grill, and community park. Guests will have private use of the swimming pool, garden, grill, and palapa during their stay (hosts will not use it while there are guests).

Guesthouse is on lower level and you need to use stairs (12 steps down) to access it. There are also 2 friendly cats on the property, but not inside the guesthouse.
