Our amazing 4BD + game room home is in one of San Antonio's best neighborhoods! Our home sits in a gated community. Conveniently located in North Central San Antonio (Stone Oak area) we are close to major attractions, shopping, golfing, and great restaurants. [Just 15 minutes from La Cantera Mall and Fiesta Texas, 25 minutes from Sea World and minutes from highway 281 and 1604]
Our fully furnished home also has a backyard with a deck where you can happily enjoy the beautiful San Antonio weather. It will comfortably sleep 10 (4 beds plus a full-size sofa sleeper; 3 full bathrooms).

1631 Mountain Cove Agreement
1. The term of this stay shall commence on the date specified on the AirBnB reservation at 3 PM ("Commencement Date") and shall continue until the date specified on AirBnB reservation at 11AM ("Departure Date").
2. Guest shall pay Owner for the House in the sum specified on the AirBnB portal.
3. The property is fully furnished and includes all major electrical appliances as well as linens and towels.
4. The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 persons (8 persons suggested).
5. This property requires a 3 night minimum stay.
6. Cancellation Policy: Please refer to AirBnB portal for the cancellation policy.
7. Guest shall not receive any refund for early move-out.
8. Guest agrees to return all keys and garage & gate remotes at time of departure. If all keys or g&g remotes are not returned, Guest agrees to pay $100 replacement fee per key or remote, deductible from the Security Deposit.
9. Owner reserves the right to end Guest stay if it is found that any illegal activities are being conducted in the premises.
10. Guest agrees to return the House in substantially the same condition and with the same items of furniture (in the same place), furnishings, and keys upon termination of this Agreement as existed on the Commencement Date. Guest shall be responsible for any damages to the House, loss of items or excessive cleaning of the House caused by Guest. Owner shall have all the right to deduct all costs incurred to repair any damages or replace any missing inventories from the Security Deposit. If Guest notices any damage or any areas of concern upon arrival, Guest should contact within the first day of arrival the Homeowner or Property Manager to inform and report of this.
11. Guests shall not permit the occupancy of the House by any other persons or assign or sublet the House.
12. Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Owner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
13. No pets of any kind are permitted in the House. If Guest is in violation of this clause, Owner shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to immediately terminate this Agreement and Guest’s right to occupy the House, which may result in Guest’s loss of the complete Cleaning Fee and prepaid rent.
14. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the House. Smoking is allowed outside only.
15. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only (either on the parking garage which allows for one Guest car or on the driveway). Overnight parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
16. Insurance and Risk of Loss
a. Owner is not liable for any accidents or injury to the Guest, his or her guests, invitees, or others, for loss of money, jewelry or valuable of any kind and has not provided any insurance for Guest’s benefit. If Guest desires to insure his or her personal belongings against fire, theft, and damages of any sort, the Guest is advised to contact his or her insurance company to obtain the desired coverage for his or her personal property.
b. Guest expressly agrees that the use of recreational and exercise amenities, if situated in the community property (such as the community pool), by Guest, Guest invitees, guests, and occupants, shall be wholly at their own risk. Guest and his or her invitees, guests, and occupants agree to hold Owner harmless and Agreement the Owner from any liability, loss, cost or damage, whatsoever, including attorney's fees from any loss or injury or damages sustained in connection with the use of the amenities.
17. Guest agrees to keep noise at a reasonable level. The property is located in a residential gated-community and therefore excessive noise and parties are discouraged.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
